Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 690 platform. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any unclaimed balances. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, and any other requested information. 690 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to meet compliance requirements.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. All activity carried out under your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the 690 support team. 690 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account use arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 690 platform agree to comply with all of the following rules when using our services. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension or closure.
- Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt 690's systems
- Using automated software or bots to place bets
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership
- Impersonating another user or a 690 representative
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information at all times
- Using the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes
- Reporting any technical bugs or security issues to 690
- Adhering to all applicable betting limits and restrictions
- Treating other users and support staff with respect
MYR Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 690 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. 690 reserves the right to conduct compliance checks on any transaction and to freeze funds suspected of being linked to illegal activity while an investigation is carried out.
Deposit Policy: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method. Processed deposits cannot be cancelled or refunded except in proven technical circumstances.

Invalid Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the user. 690 reserves the right to void or amend any bet placed due to a technical error or a valid change in event outcome.

690 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system failures, or unfavourable betting outcomes. 690's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
All content on the 690 platform, including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of 690 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action. Any third-party links that may appear on the platform are provided for convenience only, and 690 is not responsible for the content or policies of those websites.
690 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation.
